法庭的“身份”

因为不是每个法庭都要遵守其他的法庭对之前案例所做出来的决定，法庭的身份决定了它是要遵守哪些其他法庭的判例法理。网校为学员们准备一个表格，通过这个表格同学们可以清楚的了解到法庭之间的关系。
