1、腾讯云高级行业运营经理

工作职责

• 负责从数据视角切入，分析金融业务发展情况，并给出有价值的建议

• 对金融云行业赛道数据进行分析，能完善和提升行业分析指标体系

• 定期监测行业客户、产品、收入数据走势，并给出业务侧有价值建议

• 对接数据平台和业务侧需求，为行业经营数据分析提供支持

• 结合需求不定期开展数据专题分析研究

工作要求

• 熟悉常用的数据分析和数据可视化方法，熟练使用Excel和Tableau进行数据分析；

• 熟练掌握SPSS、SAS、R、SQL等分析工具中的一种或几种者优先；

• 有较强的商业敏感度和逻辑分析能力，能剥离表象的外衣，洞察背后的本质；

• 有较强的数据处理能力，能按照商业逻辑建模（预测模型），并开展预测，对数据敏感；

• 熟悉金融机构数字化转型，IT建设以及云产品应用的优先；

• 有较强的财务分析能力，有CPA或CFA等认证优先；

• 具备较强的沟通能力，尤其是主动的沟通能力，可以协调多方团队共同完成目标；

• 注重目标和结果导向，可以结构化输出较强说服力的材料；

• 有金融行业（银行，保险，资管与泛金融）战略规划、数字化转型规划或者IT咨询经验者优先，有互联网企业商业分析和行业分析工作经验者优先；

• 具备较强的抗压能力，能在高强度的工作环境下保持稳定的输出，工作主动性高

2、IR Manager

工作职责

-Daily news and capital market information monitoring;

-Summarize analysts’ research;

-Regular data maintenance and valuation update etc;

-Prepare materials for quarterly financial reporting, M&A communication and investor conferences;

-Work in ad hoc projects in support of IR initiatives;

工作要求

-Degree in Finance/ Accounting / MBA or CFA Charterholder;

-2-10 years’ experience in financial industry;

-Knowledge of China Internet industry is an advantage;

-High proficiency in spoken and written English and Mandarin Chinese; Fluent English speaker is a big plus;

-Good interpersonal skills, motivated, independent and can perform under pressure;

-Location can be based in Shenzhen or Hong Kong and frequent travel in between is required.

3、结算分析师

工作职责

1.Responsible for the daily clearing and settlement work of foreign exchange business, assisting in analyzing overseas business, designing settlement plan as well as IT system requirements assessment

2.Manage local bank accounts in Singapore;

3.Responsible for relationship maintenance with banks, cooperative institutions, and domestic groups for daily operations of clearing and settlement.

4.Responsible for daily related settlement reports and analysis.

5.Ability to sort out key points and difficulties in settlement systems and processes, make solutions for systematic settlement, promote implementation and continuous optimization.

工作要求

1.Bachelor degree completed in Finance or Accounting; CFA, FRM,etc. or Masters degree in the above areas is an added advantage.

2.Atleast2years of experience in the payment or financial industry, familiar with foreign exchange clearing and settlement of local bank in Singapore is preferred.

3.Have good communication skills in English and Chinese, and proficient in oral and written communication.Fluent in Chinese and English is preferred in order to communicate with various stakeholders in headquarters.

4.SolidskillsofMSOffice, especially Excel and PPT, familiarity with statistics is preferred.

5.Strong learning ethos and strong sense of responsibility, ability to work carefully and proactively even under pressure.

6.Possesses with good professional ethics, strong communication, understanding and analytical skills.

4、理财通高级商务经理

岗位职责：

1．负责与理财通重点合作机构挖掘深度合作空间，达成业务增长目标，包括但不限于：重点机构合作关系维护，重点机构联合运营方案制定和推动执行。

2．负责挖掘重点合作机构投研能力比较优势，筛选及定制具有业绩竞争力的优质公募产品。

3．负责协同跨部门跨团队核心成员，推动内外部资源的沟通和整合，以达成业务增长目标。

岗位要求：

1.大学本科及以上学历，3年及以上资产管理行业从业经验，对财富管理有深入理解。

2.具有市场开拓精神、抗压能力强，善于寻找合作突破点；具备优秀的沟通协调能力及高度的团队合作精神。

3.有较好的金融基础，有能力挖掘优质基金经理和基金产品，有投研类经验或CFA持证者优先。
