Responsibilities:

• To guarantee the reliability and consistency of the accounting information for one or more accounting cycles 

• Your tasks include A/P, A/R, operating expenses, inter-company reconciliation, bank reconciliation, consolidation reporting, tax office relationship, fixed assets management, payroll management, and stock accounting according to local, group and IFRS standards.

• You prepare, analyze and explain the monthly financial reports (PnL and balance sheet) of the production and/or service departments. 

• As a future growth in Accounting, We would offer you a multirole opportunity of Accounting Expert/Business Relay/Financial Training and become the Trainer

Profile required:

• You are dynamic and service oriented 

• You have accounting or finance education background, CMA prefered.

• Proficiency in English, French would be a plus 

• Able to work with a team, under pressure and very result oriented

• Familiar with MS Office (Word, Excel and any IFRS accounting tool) 

• Sports lover/ passionate about doing sports on a regular basis

• Willing to travel on business and relocate to another city if required

Job Description 

1.Operation and Control

• Generate and validate city/store P&L 

• Generate and analyze financial report, work as business partner to review full PNL,  support business team make decisions and improve the operation efficiency

• Optimize city/store's internal control including cashing up flow/payment flow/stock flow/assets management

2.Forecast and Budget

• Guarantee accuracy of stores and cities economic rolling forecast

• Support to make city/store annual budget, follow city/store budget to make it under control

3.Investment and Development

• Preview and review investment from city/store to guarantee its profitability

• Support city business development in terms of market share, city profitability, sales area optimization, etc

• Control and follow new store opening budget and regular review opening performance, support store opening in terms of financial and tax part

4. Training and Others

• Cooperate with other functions for special analysis missions

• Develop skills and give training to business partners in order to make them autonomic

Qualification

• Bachelor or above degree in the area of Accounting/Finance or business related，CMA prefered.

• At least 2 years financial analysis related or big-4 working experience

• Advanced command of MS EXCEL and PPT, VBA, Tableau, or other analysis tools

• Good verbal and written English skills

• Can work and think independently under pressure, also can be a good team player

• Self-motivated, sportive, helpful, open-minded, with good communication skills

Job Description 

1 FP&A 

• Cooperate with the Central Finance team to generate and validate Sports P&L, provide financial report analysis (Full PNL: Channel, Markup, expense control...)

• Guarantee accuracy of sports economic rolling forecast

• Lead and support sports annual budget & generate the difference ananlysis

• Support business decision in terms of financial risk and tax

• Provide bonus system and calculation linked with company direction

2 Business Partner

• Validate the ROI of main investment from sports team

• Deep dive analysis with sports team to co-define long term strategy and short term tactic in developing a profitable business model

• Transfer business target into financial indicator and provide the follow-up review

• Provide internal & external analysis to review pricing and follow the price elasticity after price change

• Check the offer structure and store range choice to help improve the offer efficiency

• Other ad-hoc analysis needs from business team

• Develop skills and give training to business partners in order to make them autonomic

Requirement:
