各区县人民政府，高新区、齐鲁化工区管委会，市政府各部门，各有关单位，各大企业，各高等院校：

　　2004中国（淄博）国际陶瓷博览会暨国际新材料技术论坛、国际建筑卫生陶瓷交易会将于9月6日至16日在我市举行，这是全市经济社会生活中的一件大事。为进一步营造良好的节日气氛，充分展示淄博深厚的文化底蕴、良好的城市形象和“开放进取，昂扬奋进”的精神风貌，各级、各有关部门和单位要按照统一部署和要求做好社会宣传工作。现将有关事项通知如下：

　　一、驻张店城区和高新区主要道路两侧的机关、企事业单位等，要在门前适当位置悬挂横幅（禁止悬挂过街横幅）或放置标语牌，也可根据各自实际插彩旗、挂彩灯。其他区县也要根据各自实际，在主要道路及主要公共场所悬挂一定数量的横幅或其他宣传品。

　　二、各部门、各单位要注意提高各类宣传品的档次和质量，做到设计制作精美、布局合理、字体规范、醒目、准确。

　　三、宣传品内容原则上从陶博会综合协调办公室统一确定的宣传口号中选择（附后）。如果自行确定内容，务必做到规范、准确、合理，并与整个陶博会气氛相协调。

　　四、各类宣传品的悬挂、放置时间为9月4日—9月16日。

　　五、各部门、各单位在搞好社会宣传的同时，要切实做好门前“三包”工作，集中力量消除卫生死角和“脏乱差”现象，为陶博会创造优美整洁的市容环境。

　　各区县、高新区、各部门和各单位要对陶博会社会宣传工作予以高度重视，认真抓好落实。陶博会综合协调办公室要组织人员，加强对落实情况的督促检查。
